Position Overview
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary medical professional to join our leadership team as Director – Medical Services. This strategic role is designed for an experienced clinical leader who can drive medical governance, scientific excellence, and ethical healthcare practices while shaping the organization’s long-term healthcare strategy.
As the senior clinical authority, you will bridge global medical innovation with local healthcare needs, ensuring patient-centered, compliant, and evidence-based decision-making across all business and medical operations.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Governance
Lead and oversee all medical service operations across the organization.
Establish and maintain the highest standards of clinical governance, ethics, compliance, and patient safety.
Ensure all medical practices align with local regulations and international healthcare standards.
Scientific & Medical Strategy
Serve as the organization’s principal scientific and clinical expert.
Review and approve scientific communications, promotional content, and educational materials.
Translate global scientific advancements into relevant local healthcare solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build strategic relationships with healthcare professionals, clinical experts, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Represent the organization in scientific forums, industry discussions, and professional collaborations.
Commercial & Strategic Support
Provide expert medical insights to support business strategy, market growth, and portfolio development.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure scientific integrity in all market-facing initiatives.
Team Leadership
Mentor and develop internal medical and scientific teams.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous professional development.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for an exceptional leader with:
MBBS + MD with board certification in a recognized specialty.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Healthcare Leadership, or related fields.
Proven leadership experience in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, or hospital sector.
Strong knowledge of pharmacovigilance, post-marketing surveillance, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic decision-making capabilities.
