Are you an experienced credit professional with strong analytical capabilities and a passion for risk management? We are seeking dynamic and results-driven professionals to join our team as Regional Credit Analysts (Assistant Manager – Credit) across our regional network.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic credit decision-making while ensuring portfolio quality, regulatory compliance, and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and approve credit proposals within assigned Delegated Authority (DA) limits while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal credit policies.

  • Assess, analyze, and recommend credit proposals for escalation to higher levels of the DA hierarchy where required.

  • Conduct post-credit reviews to monitor portfolio quality and ensure adherence to approved terms and conditions.

  • Oversee and maintain the overall credit quality of the assigned region in line with the company’s risk appetite and credit strategy.

  • Perform periodic reviews of the regional credit portfolio to identify early warning signals and emerging risk factors.

  • Provide timely insights and recommendations to management for proactive risk mitigation and corrective action.

  • Collaborate closely with branch teams and Head Office functions to strengthen credit governance, operational efficiency, and portfolio performance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Certificate or Diploma in Credit Management, Finance, Banking, or a related professional qualification.

  • Minimum of five (5) years’ proven experience in credit management within the finance industry.

  • Strong analytical, evaluation, and decision-making skills with sound knowledge of credit assessment and risk analysis.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple regions.

  • Self-motivated professional with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability with the ability to perform under deadlines in a dynamic environment.
